I had an amazing experience at Quick Quack Car Wash! Merlyn provided the best customer service. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The car wash itself was perfect, and my car came out looking spotless. The vacuums worked great too, which made finishing up super easy. Overall, I think this is the best Quick Quack Car Wash I’ve been to. Highly recommend this location, and thank you, Merlyn, for the outstanding service!

I’ve been coming to Quick Quack Car wash for a while now, and the lady so called Keisli always she does a great job, quite friendly, professional, and always greets customers with a smile. Every time I visit, she makes sure everything is running smoothly and that customers are taken care of! I do have personally observed all others as well, everyone doing great too. Mostly coming to her positive attitude and dedication really stand out. Thank you, Keisli, for consistently providing such great service I always enjoy coming back!

My first time going to this location and it scratched up my left rear, you can clearly see the brush scratches. I drive a Mercedes and I just bought this car 🙃 anyways I filed an incident report and they told me that nothing was wrong with their machine and refuse to cover to fix the scratches. So be careful taking your car to this location, the one in Santa Ana is newer and better.
